Agentic Trading Beta Disclosures

warning

Agentic trading is a beta product that can trade real capital from your connected wallet. Review these disclosures before enabling trading permissions.

What Your Agent Trades

Once enabled, your agent can trade across the Hyperliquid venue: perpetual futures and spot markets, including HIP-3 markets, using real capital from your connected wallet. Many of these markets are operated by independent third parties, which Nunchi does not control, vet, or endorse.

Risk of Loss

Agentic trading involves significant risk, including the rapid and total loss of your funds. Most perpetuals are leveraged: positions can be liquidated quickly and with little warning. Automated strategies may perform poorly, behave unexpectedly under certain market conditions, and act faster than you can monitor or stop in real time. This product is not appropriate for all participants.

Third-Party Markets and Venue Risk

Many markets your agent can reach, including HIP-3 markets, are deployed and operated by independent third parties. Their oracle integrity, liquidity, margin parameters, and continuity vary widely and are outside Nunchi's control. Such markets can be thinly traded, can have stale or manipulated prices, and can be suspended or wound down. In thin markets, your agent's own orders can move the price, fill poorly, or fail to exit. Execution and settlement depend on Hyperliquid; its halts, parameter changes, oracle behavior, and outages affect your positions, and Nunchi does not control Hyperliquid.

The Agent Can Be Wrong

AI agents make errors, misinterpret instructions, and act on incomplete, delayed, or outdated information. Agent output is not investment advice and not a recommendation. Nunchi does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any agent output and is not responsible for losses resulting from agent-driven decisions.

On-Chain and Self-Custody

Your agent trades from your own wallet. On-chain transactions and settlements are irreversible: no intermediary can reverse a trade, recall funds, or restore losses, and smart contracts may contain errors. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and its authorizations.

Your Controls and Their Limits

You set the scope and limits of what your agent may do, and you can pause it or revoke its authorization at any time. Revoking authorization does not close open positions, cancel in-flight transactions, or reverse settled trades. You remain responsible for monitoring your positions and for closing them yourself. Stopping the agent is not the same as flattening your book.

Beta

This is a beta product. Features may change, degrade, or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing your account activity, monitoring your positions, and confirming the agent is operating as you intend.
